Refund & Return Policy 

 

Are You Not Satisfied With The Product You Received? Or Is the product defected? 

 

Don’t worry, at New Pack Pty Ltd, we have you covered. In case you have any issues with the orders you received or are simply not in need of the packing supplies you ordered anymore, with us, you don’t have to worry. We have a fully-packed return and refund policy within 60 days. 

 

Note – Refund and return are only available within the first 60 days. 

 

Terms & Conditions

 

  • All the items you want to be returned must be in original condition. In case there is any damage to the packing or the packing is removed, we reserve the right to deduct a $30 restocking fee for each item. 
  • Postage is Non-refundable 
  • It is highly advisable that you check the warranty as well as return policy in detail. 
  • We reserve all the rights to amend the terms and conditions at any time. All and any amendments we make will take effect immediately and will be uploaded to the website. 
  • We Provide free shipping to metro areas of Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. For the rest of the areas Shipping charges will be available at the checkout.
  • Return postage is to be paid by the customer. 

 

Return Policy 

 

Our return policy lasts for the first 60 days of your purchase. Sadly, we don’t offer a return or refund after 60 days of your order date. 

 

Eligibility for return – To be eligible for a return, all the items must be in the same condition as it was when delivered and must be unused. Additionally, it should be in the original packaging. 

 

Return postage is to be paid by the customer 

 

To complete your return, we would need the receipt as proof of purchase. 

 

Refund Policy

 

Once your return is received and accepted, we will notify you and will initiate a refund and credit will automatically be applied on the original method of payment minus the original shipping cost. In case the order is not approved for return, you will be notified. 

 

Late Or Missing Refunds 

  • In case you have not received your refund, please check your account once again, and if you still need help let us know. 
  • Check with the credit card provider as it may take 72 hours from their end to reflect your refund in your account. 
  • For bank transfer please give us up to 48 hours for the funds to be visible in your account. In case you still don’t see the refund, contact your bank if you still have not received your refund as there is often some time lapse between the refund posting.
